Diwali: Festival of Lights in 2008
Diwali is celebrated around the world during the next 3 days as a symbol of triumph of good over evil. This diwali perticularly is important for India as it faces a possible slow down in economy due to global recession. This diwali is perticlarly slow to start as not much sales has happen.

Chandrayaan 1: India's Historic Moon Journey
Chandrayaan 1: India's first Moon orbiter has been launched on 22nd October 2008. Its a historic moment for Indian Space research organization or ISRO as its know. India now plans to do a sequel to this mission in 2011 by launching Chandrayaan 2 with a lunar orbiter and a rover which will land on moon surface. India thus becomes third country in Asia after Japan and China to successfully launch a moon Mission.

India's NSE Nifty has fallen below 3000 after 3 years now. Its predicted to fall to 2,500 by december end.

Chandrayaan 1: India's Madien Moon Journey
Chandrayaan 1 (Moon vehicle 1) has been successfully launched from Indian aerospace centre at Sriharikota in South India. This is the first Moon mission from India. With its success India plans to launch more missions to Moon and Mars in comming decade.

Indian Rupee Hits Rs 48 to a Dollar!
Indian Rupee has again hit its lows of 2002 with Rs 48 to a dollar. With Gold predicted to hit Rs 15,000/tola for the diwali season its expected that the rupee will also fall to Rs 50/$ by Diwali this year.
